ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

The Village at Andover Hill is represented by a neighborhood association. Formally known as Andover Neighborhood Association, Inc., we represent the families in the Andover Hill subdivision. Andover Hill is comprised of the areas south of Todd's road approximately one half to one mile east of Man O'War Boulevard. (Click here for a complete list of all the streets represented.) The Association is governed by a nine member Board of Directors.

It is perhaps appropriate to say what we are not. We are not affiliated with Andover Forest which has a separate neighborhood association. We are also not affiliated with Andover Country Club , although residents of Andover Hill are eligible for social memberships there. Please contact the club for more information.

We are primarily a maintenance organization. Andover Hill was developed by Lochmere Development Corporation, whose primary administrator is Troy Thompson. Beginning in 1995, Lochmere transferred responsibility for maintenance of the common areas to Andover Neighborhood Association, Inc. This means that the maintenance fees provided for in the Deed Restrictions are payable to the Andover Neighborhood Association. The properties subject to these fees, with a few exceptions, include the streets that radiate from Andover Village Drive and from Forest Hill Drive between Andover Village Drive and Meadowland Court.

The common areas include the medians at the intersections of Andover Village Drive and Todd's Road and at Gingermill Lane and Forest Hill Drive, as well as the shoulder area along Todd's road just west of Andover Village Drive, and various stone structures throughout the neighborhood. Maintenance of these amenities is expensive, and that is what the maintenance fees cover.

Everyone automatically becomes a member of the Association when they pay their annual maintenance fees. The Villas, Townhomes, Estates, and Andover Club were not developed by Lochmere and therefore do not pay maintenance fees to the Association. They are still eligible for membership at an annual rate of $25 per year.

If you would like more information about the Association, please contact us at the above address (postal or email).
