MAINTENANCE

Your maintenance fees are used by the Association to maintain the common areas throughout the neighborhood. This includes areas such as the fountains and landscaping on Andover Village Drive and Gingermill Lane, and numerous other areas. As funds permit, capital improvements such as the construction of stone walls are also implemented.

Most of the rather elaborate amenities such as the fountain on Andover Village Drive were built by the Devloper when the neighborhood was started. These same amenities are not being constructed in the newer sections of the subdivision. This situation is beyond the control of the Association. When funds become available, the Association is building stone columns in an effort to provide uniformity. However, the maintenance fees as provided in the Deed Restrictions were intended for maintenance purposed, not contruction projects.

The Golf Villas, Golf Townhomes and Estate sections pay maintenance fees to their own Homeowners Associations, and the Andover Neighborhood Association is not responsible for maintenance in those areas. Also note that street trees (the trees between the sidewalk and the street in front of your house) are the property of and repsonsibility of the homeowner and not the Association.

In an attempt to provide timely maintenance, the Association has contracted with EMG Commercial Properties to provide maintenance services. Please call EMG at 263-7681 or email them to manager@andover.org 24 hours a day to report maintenance needs in the common areas.
