The board of directors for the Andover Neighborhood Association consists of nine officers. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected each year. Five Directors represent geographical districts within the neighborhood and serve two year terms. The terms of the directors from Districts one, three and five begin in odd years. The terms of the directors from Districts two and four begin in even years. Elections are held every year at the November quarterly meeting, and terms begin the following February.

District 1: Andover Estates, Andover Club, Andover Golf Villas and Andover Town Homes

District 2: Andover Park and Andover Green

District 3: Andover Meadows, Glen Abbey, Andover Village Drive from Todds Road to Mint Hill Lane

District 4: Gingermill Lane (except Estates), Mint Hill Lane, Andover Village Drive from Mint Hill Lane to Forest Hill Drive, Forest Hill Drive from Andover Village Drive to Chestnut Hill Lane

District 5: Winter Hill Lane and adjoining cul-de-sacs, Penny Lane, Ridge View Way, Lake Valley Drive, and Park Ridge Lane

The board receives no pay for their services. They live in the neighborhood and pay maintenance fees like everyone else. They've generously donated their personal time to help keep Andover Hills a nice place to live. In return for their efforts, they get a little bit of appreciation and whole lot of grief.

Before you criticize them, walk a mile in their shoes. Remember, when you ask the Neighborhood Association to do something, you're really asking some of your neighbors to do something for you. We all pay maintenance fees. An unappreciated few actually do the work.
