The annual maintenance fee covers the cost of maintaining the common areas. The common areas include the medians at the intersections of Andover Village Dr and Todds Rd and at Gingermill Ln and Forest Hill Dr, as well as the shoulder area along Todds Rd just west of Andover Village Dr, entrances and various stone structures throughout the neighborhood.
The annual fees for fiscal year 2012 are $165.00. Please refer to the
payment policy for detailed information regarding payment deadlines and finance charges.
There are two ways to pay these fees.

By credit card - Fees can be paid online via Visa, Mastercard or Discover. A small handling fee is charged to offset the fees incurred by the Association for providing this service.
